CT Sonic 440 Packages
The TRX440EX midrange power package will give two stokes fits on the trail and dunes. It's reliable as a rock and will run all day on pump gas. We can lean on the compression a little harder if you would like to run 100 octane. CT customers are pleased with the way the power is increased from bottom to top, with no need to wait on the power. This kit flat hauls. Peak output on CT's Dynojet dyno is 41hp at the rear wheels, that's a 30% gain over the stock engine which is 27hp at the wheels. The over rev is also much better with 20hp more at 9000 rpm. We're confident that there's no better bang for the buck on the market today.

This is the kit you've been dreaming about. This kit puts out mid 40's horsepower and has a very wide power delivery. With this kit you are not trading any bottom power for top-end power, it has more throughout. It is set up at 12/1 so you would need to run a minimum of 100 octane fuel.
Kit includes: CT 440 big bore kit, Web Cam race cam, CT Hi-Output pipe and silencer w/ spark arrestor, Keihn 41FCR carburetor, installing short valve guides, race valve job, Hardfacing rockers, valve springs w/ titanium retainers, head re-assembly, CT head porting and gasket kit.
CT Sonic Four Stroke Pipes
Four Stroke: CT Sonic four stroke pipes are proving to be the best on the market. CT 400ex was the best Slip on pipe in a Dirt Wheels Magazine pipe shoot out. CT does extensive Dyno Testing to make sure we are offering the best pipe or pipe kit available. Many pipes are offered as a kit. We do this because our extensive testing would show a large gain in adding a few components like jetting or a filter change. If there is not a significant increase then we just offer pipe only. Four stroke pipes are ceramic coated, for durability and long lasting good looks.. CT only offers a slip on if this is what works best on a stock unit. If a larger diameter headpipe works better, like on the raptor we do not offer a slip on. You will note the 400EX we offer three pipes. A slip on for a stock unit, a Mid Range for a 34-40 mid range type package and a High Output for 40+ HP units. Bolting a High Output on a mid range package will give less performance than the Mid Range. You might choose a Mid Range for a stock ATV that you intend to do mods in the future. Your power gains will be better than stock but not as good as the correct pipe.
Noise The disc type spark arrestor system allows you to tune the noise level. Our system tuned for peak HP running all 12 discs puts out a throaty sounding 101 dB. This is not acceptable for many riding areas. With the disc type system you can simply remove discs to get to the range you need. At 6 discs you would be in the 93dB range. You will lose some HP as you cut the noise. Our pipe will still make the most power at any dB as compared with any other aftermarket pipe at the same dB level.
