Todd Davis the owner of TCS is now running the ATV division of Race Tech, Erica Rios (Q.O.A) of TCS has also moved with the company and is at Race Tech keeping things organized.  Race Tech Suspension has developed the Sag Control Series "SCS" shock specifically for ATV front suspension duty. These are premium quality shocks available for immediate delivery, at a reasonable price. "SCS" front shocks feature leading edge technology and quality components such as remote reservoirs, stainless steel hydraulic lines, adjustable compression damping, internal shim style damping system, no pre-load crossover springs and complete custom setup. Sag Control Series shock performance is truly first rate. CT test riders have reported that SCS shocks are very comfortable on low amplitude stutter bumps and washboard surfaces yet very controlled and stable during high speed attacks on the whoops and double jumps.

Every set of "SCS" front shocks are built to order according to your rider/machine criteria and individual riding style.

 Race Tech Rear Shock Upgrades

                                                        TCS has developed an SCS conversion kit for the Yamaha Banshee, Raptor, YFZ 450, Suzuki/Kaw/ DVX 400, Honda TRX450R and the 400ex. The SCS conversion kit extends the travel and converts it to a two spring set up.  This no pre-load modification is as good as any aftermarket rear shock on the market a a significantly reduced cost, as your no paying for parts that you already own. TCS makes a compact seal head and bump stop that lets your shock shaft come out farther, thus giving more travel. If this was put together with just one rear shock spring your quad would have more travel but also set taller. TCS uses a two spring set up as you would find on any long travel aftermarket set up, the top spring to control ride height and the main spring to suit rider weight and riding racing/application. 

The SCS conversion kit for rears consist of Re-valving to get you the optimum set up for your riding or racing situation, re-spring with a two spring adjustable set up to control ride height and harshness.  In most cases a new seal head and piston are included.
