Raptor 700 High Output Motor Package......$1145.00
We have just finished the R&D program for our Raptor 700 High Output Motor Package. We have been tuning and setting them up as we would one of our Baja race quads for good power and durability. We have been posting well over 60 horsepower on the dyno running this set up. We can attain more horsepower, but durability will suffer if we shove more cam and valve size to it to bump up the horsepower. A 60+ horsepower motor with high torque numbers (50+ ft lbs) makes the Raptor seriously fast and a blast to ride with lots of bottom. The kit is offered as a motor only package. We highly recommend our CT pipe kit and the fuel management program is required. We have had great success with the Dynatek F.I. Controller and the Dynojet Power Commander III and V. The Dobeck Gen 3 will work, but the Dobeck Gen 2 will not.
Kit includes: CT head porting, 5 angle radius Race valve job, Web cam, honing your cylinder to extract maximum performance and fitment of a JE hi performance 11/1 or 12.5/1 piston kit, valve spring kit with titanium retainers, and top-end gasket set. Your cam is required as a core. Just ship us your head, cylinder, and cam to receive this package. The 11/1 piston is best for 91 octane pump gas and the 12.5/1 requires 100 octane gas. This can be attained by mixing 108-112 race gas 50/50 with 91 octane pump gas. This kit price is for you shipping us your top-end only. If you would like to ship us your complete motor, add $250.00 for R&R of top-end.

CT Raptor 700 Pipe Kits
CT Racing has finished the development of the Raptor 700 pipe. Contrary to popular belief, the fuel injection system does not re-calibrate itself for adding an exhaust system or for any other motor modifications. The stock fuel injection system only re-calibrates for an air density change. Our pipe kit makes the 700 go very lean with the stock settings, as any good pipe will do. Once fuel management is addressed, we are picking up over 10 horsepower. Take a look at the whopping 21 horsepower increase we have at 9000 RPM. The fuel management system does allow for tuning if you do some mods down the road, such as adding a high compression piston, cam, etc.
The kit is shipped with 11 discs as we have found this to make the most horsepower. With 11 discs, we are producing a stealthy 98dBs of sound. That can be easily reduced by removing a couple of discs. We also offer an open turn down end cap for short course racing. The disc system is a U.S. Forestry approved spark arrestor.
The dyno chart above shows the stock Raptor 700 horsepower in blue. Our CT pipe with the Dynatek fuel injection controller and the stock air filter with no lid on the air box is shown in red. We get over 50 horsepower with a K&N filter kit.

The X-33 axle uses the same superior material and heat treating as the Eliminator. The unique difference is in the design of the wheel hub mounting area. Standard design ATV axles neck down to about 1" in diameter. A splined wheel hub slides onto the axle shaft and is retained with a hex nut. As all ATVer's know, hubs loosen frequently. The X-33 changes all that. The wheel hub is clamped solid and driven by a pin on a 1-3/8" diameter shaft. This axle is rifled to reduce weight near the rotational axis of the ATV. The X-33 allows for 16 different wheel offset alternatives. |
