CT  240 Big Bore aftermarket cylinder kit.

The CT sonic cylinder has proven to be the highest output cylinder available for the Blaster. The cylinder was designed from top to bottom to make big HP over a wide power curve. The Sonic cylinder uses Honda CR 250 reed cage to maximizes flow and output. The cylinder also has a 3 port auxiliary exhaust port design, like nearly every current model 2 stroke MX Bike design.

The kit is available in two basic packages 200 cc to meet AMA youth race rules, and the unrivaled 240 package. The 200 cylinder utilizes and Aluminum sleeve and Nikosil plating to offer maximum cooling under race conditions.

This Dyno chart above is using the entire 240 sonic package with a 38mm air striker carb. kit. We normally recommend using a 36mm carb kit four recreation riding. It drops a couple of peak HP but gains a significant amount of bottom. The price is the same with either carb.
