CT Sonic Blaster Cylinder Kits

The CT Sonic cylinder has proven to be the highest output cylinder available for the Blaster. The cylinder was designed from top to bottom to make big horsepower over a wide power curve. The Sonic cylinder uses Honda CR250 reed cage to maximize flow and output. The cylinder also has a 3 port auxiliary exhaust port design, like nearly every current model 2 stroke MX bike design.

The Sonic cylinder kits are available in two basic packages: 200cc to meet AMA youth race rules and the unrivaled 240cc big bore package. The 200cc cylinder utilizes and aluminum sleeve and Nikasil plating to offer maximum cooling under race conditions.

We are just now releasing a new batch of the CT Sonic Blaster Cylinders. We have upgraded to a  billet aluminum Head, available in black or blue anodized, or just billet aluminum.

Kit includes: New Sonic big bore cylinder, CT porting, head, piston kit, wrist pin bearing, reed cage, intake boot, Keihin 36mm PWK or Keihin 38mm PWK Air Striker pre-jetted carburetor, cable, CT pipe and silencer, and top-end gasket set.

The dyno chart above is using our complete CT Sonic 240cc big bore package with a Keihin 38mm PWK Air Striker carb kit. We normally recommend using the Keihin 36mm PWK carb kit for recreation riding. It drops a couple of peak horsepower, but gains a significant amount of bottom. The price is the same with either carburetor.

Blaster Porting Package......$399.00

Kit includes: CT porting, head re-chambering, and top-end gasket set. This is a great addition if you already have a pipe and carburetor.

240cc Big Bore Blaster Motor Package......$595.00

Kit includes: Re-sleeving your cylinder with a big bore sleeve, CT porting, head re-chambering, modified big bore piston kit, and top-end gasket set. This kit is for the customers that already have a pipe and carburetor. This kit is for the stock Blaster cylinder. This kit price is for you shipping us your cylinder and head.  

240cc Big Bore Blaster Complete Package......$929.00

AX-DB-20-1142EX	Dura Blue Eliminator X-33 Pin Drive Axle with Cast Hubs The X-33 axle uses the same superior material and heat treating as the Eliminator. The unique difference is in the design of the wheel hub mounting area. Standard design ATV axles neck down to about 1" in diameter. A splined wheel hub slides onto the axle shaft and is retained with a hex nut. As all ATVer's know, hubs loosen frequently. The X-33 changes all that. The wheel hub is clamped solid and driven by a pin on a 1-3/8" diameter shaft. This axle is rifled to reduce weight near the rotational axis of the ATV.
